Harry Lewis represents private and public companies, non-profits, and individuals in employment and commercial litigation, and traditional labor law matters. His practice is guided by a philosophy of working with clients as a partner to fashion creative legal strategies to address the myriad of complex issues facing employers and their employees. He does not "over lawyer" problems but provides concrete recommendations that strike a balance between legal responsibility and business necessity. Mr. Lewis distinguishes himself from other lawyers by an uncompromising dedication to client service and an ability to provide practical, non-legalistic advice in a time-sensitive manner.

Mr. Lewis has extensive experience litigating claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, sexual and other forms of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and breach of contract. He also counsels and trains companies and their employees on an array of human resources and employment law issues. Lastly, Mr. Lewis represents organizations in collective bargaining negotiations, National Labor Relations Board proceedings, and arbitration.

Mr. Lewis was previously a partner in the employment law firm of Curiale, Dellaverson, Hirschfeld, Kraemer and Sloan, LLP. He received his J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 1991 and his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1988.

Mr. Lewis has extensive trial experience. In his most recent trial, Mr. Lewis was lead counsel for a small Bay Area company in a multi-million dollar, federal court lawsuit against a Fortune 200 company. The defendant made no monetary offer before the trial, but Mr. Lewis convinced a majority of jurors to find in favor of his client, ultimately leading to a favorable settlement.

Mr. Lewis is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the California Bar. He also serves on the Marin Humane Society Board of Directors.
