E-Verify

E-Verify is an online program that complements the Employment Authorization Verification Form I-9. In light of current immigration trends, enrolling in the E-Verify program will likely become mandatory for all US employers.

E-Verify Consulting

Our E-Verify consulting service consists of access to an E-Verify attorney for specific E-Verify questions. We can partner with your company’s HR department and/or in-house legal counsel to enroll your company in E-Verify, train key HR staff members, assist with developing policy and procedures for conducting E-Verify queries and maintaining E-Verify requirements, partner with Facilities and Security on notices and postings, including possible remote hire locations, and partner with key staff members to work through Tentative Non-Confirmations (TNCs) and other work restriction issues as they may arise.
